• Manage, review and edit media releases, media pitches, internal memos, statements, media and public relations plans, key messages and other documents related to public relations and corporate materials.
• Review and edit all communication materials to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and alignment with intended strategy and messaging.
• Work with media house on garnering advertisements for the Club’s magazine.
• Ensure that all corporate templates, including contracts, stationary, presentations, proposals, brochures, fonts, colors, etc., are all according to corporate standards.
• Maintain a library of resources for use by all in the office for publications.
• Ensure accuracy of all information on the corporate website; managing the Members’ Forum and ensure response in a timely fashion.
• Ensure there is in place storage and retrieval system for all media publications/press releases/journals/editorials etc.

Commercial Sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility

• Develop and implement CSR strategy and provide expertise and support to all parts of the business including internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent SICC in external CSR events, ensuring & creating a pro-CSR brand image for SICC among key stakeholders in the community.
• Manage relationships with external bodies such as Charities/ NGOs.
• Assist in identifying and developing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) plans to promote the reputation of SICC, increases awareness of its products and services and support customer relations.

KPMG M&A and Capital Advisory has a strong deal pipeline and the selected candidates will be actively involved in day-to-day deal execution and origination activities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing buy-side and sell-side M&A services to corporates and private equity funds
• Participating in meetings and maintaining continual interactions with clients, potential targets/buyers and other professional firms
• Leading preparations of proposals and discussion materials
• Conducting detailed financial analysis, valuation, industry research and target/buyer search
• Preparing information memorandums and management presentations

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher academic qualifications
• Possess more than 8 years of working experience in M&A, capital raising, fund raising, accounting/transaction services, investment banking or relevant services
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modelling, with a good understanding of corporate finance and M&A
• Regional (specifically Malaysia, Vietnam or Thailand) transaction experience would be an advantage
• Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work as a team player
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English

• Proven experience as an SEO professional, with a focus on strategy and leadership roles, ideally with 8+ years of SEO experience in a digital media agency 
• Share the vision to lead and build a SEO subject matter expert hub in APAC, with eagerness to develop and strengthen our in-market talent 
• Exposure to client verticals such as retail, beauty, luxury, consumer electronics, and banking & finance, insurance, travel 
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO keyword research tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Searchmetrics and more 
• Understanding of paid media (i.e. PPC/Social/Display) and how SEO plays a connected role 
• Excellent communication and presenting skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
• Fluent English is required, major plus if fluent in Korean
