1. Sales Order processing and fulfilling for Singapore market and Export orders including loose order to local warehouse for loading.
2. Preparation of documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, Import and Export Permit, Free-Sale or Health Cert) for both Import and Export shipments.
3. Liaison with Liners/Forwarders/Logistics providers on incoming or outgoing delivery/shipments and calculation of container M3.
4. Familiar with shipping incoterms (Ex-Works/Factory/FOB/CNF/CIF) and payment terms. (Letter of Credit and Documents Against Payment)
5. Liaise between departments for document, manage stock inventory and work with production planner on production.
6. Knowledge on using ERP and Microsoft. (Excel/Words)
7. Arrange samples to be couriered to the respective Export customers when needed.
8. Answer incoming calls and distribute incoming mails.
9. Basic accounting knowledge with account receivable / payable.
