Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on business operations and growth initiatives
• Provide compliance guidance on business initiatives, analyzes alternatives and solutions to the business
• Be the legal and compliance subject matter expert for the business to enable business growth in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, compliance policies and industry code of practice
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the legal and compliance program

Requirements:

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. As a Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal operations by assisting in various legal tasks and responsibilities. Your duties will include drafting and reviewing legal documents (excluding contracts), assisting in dispute resolution processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, contributing to policy development, conducting legal research, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams.
