Description -
HP is seeking an experienced Web Site Analytics & Optimization Lead who is passionate about optimizing the business through the intersection of data and insights. As an Analytics Lead, you will partner cross-functionally to optimize various digital initiatives and drive key performance indicators (KPI’s) forward for the hp.com online stores worldwide.
You will be seen as a subject matter expert for interpretation of web behaviour and assessment of strategic initiatives. You will also work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Role will require you to Lead and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Furthermore, you will act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

The CSS PMO team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the development of global go-to-market plans and budgets for consumer digital service offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves tracking program performance against benchmarks and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, the role includes managing messaging consistency, executing customer segmentation strategies, and leading marketing operations activities.
We are looking for an energetic individual who can partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Global & Regional services teams, and internal and external support teams to deliver new services and optimize the current services portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and external agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
• Participates in developing and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets that align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develops and communicates closed-loop marketing evaluations, identifying key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Manages and monitors the delivery of predetermined messaging and content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Executes and monitors predetermined customer segmentation strategies and experience plans, to enhance customer engagement and drive targeted marketing efforts.
• Partners with the sales team to assist in the development of sales training materials, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
• Leads marketing operations activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as directed.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, channel, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Per the Washington and California statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $95,000 to $115,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
