Work-life balance is okay, but can be tough.
Pros: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I did appreciate the hybrid setup in their Singapore office. It's good to have some days working from home. My team was pretty solid and we supported each other.
Cons: The work-life balance isn't always there, especially in this fast-paced startup. Expect some long hours, especially during peak campaign times in e-commerce enablement. It can feel like you're always on call.
Advice to Management: Leadership should really focus on managing workloads better across teams. More realistic deadlines would help prevent burnout for employees in the marketing tech industry.

Growth takes effort, but you learn a lot.
Pros: You get tons of exposure to different projects and clients, which is great for building skills in digital marketing. If you're ambitious and speak up, you can grab opportunities to expand your role, especially in a growing startup environment.
Cons: Career paths aren't super clear, so it's tough to know what's next. There isn't much formal mentorship or training, meaning you're often on your own to figure out how to advance for ad tech roles. Upward mobility can feel slow without a defined progression system.
Advice to Management: Invest in clearer career progression frameworks and more structured training programs. A dedicated mentorship system would really help employees see their future here, especially for entry-level and mid-career positions.

Okay place, but WFH could be better
Pros: The Singapore office has a great collaborative team. I've learned tons about the digital marketing platform, which is solid for skill development. Projects are often engaging.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't ideal, especially with the strict hybrid model. As a Marketing Specialist, getting full remote work approved was really tough, even for simple tasks. It felt more onsite than truly flexible.
Advice to Management: Management should really re-evaluate the hybrid model. Give us more flexibility, especially as a mid-sized tech company, it helps retention. Trust your employees more with remote work options.
