Pros: I liked the chance to work on various construction projects in the Kuala Lumpur area. It's a solid place to learn the ropes as a Project Engineer. The team is generally helpful and friendly with each other.
Cons: The company culture can be pretty old-school, which means new ideas don't always get heard. There's a lot of micromanagement, especially for onsite work. It can feel like a family-owned business where decisions are made top-down.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage new ideas from younger engineers and empower team leads more. Trust your employees to do their jobs without constant oversight.
