We undertake projects from industrial plant/factory to high-rise apartments and offices. In the E&I division, we provide one stop solution from E&I system integration, software integration (process control, BMS), electrical & control system (PLC, SCADA) design and consultancy, control panel & Motor control centre (MCC) assembly/fabrication and site cabling works right up to testing & commissioning. We undertake projects from industrial plant, Building management system, water treatment plants right up to Oil & Gas. With vast knowledge of more than 15 years combined with our passion and talents, we demonstrate strong project management skills, competent manpower, engineering solution as well as expertise to help you grow and cope with the ever-demanding environment. We have by far work and familiarize with international contractors and designers such as Bechtel, IDC, Foster Wheeler, Applied Mechanics, M&W Zander, Flour Daniel, ABB, Samsung, Sumitomo and other renowned contractors

- To assist in coordinating, planning and execute effective project ensuring timely delivery of projects/events.
- Operate and Supervise on-site setup. supervise own contractor team and sub-contractor team in setup and dismantle day
- To source and communicate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation.
- To source for supplier required per project and responsible in project cost control, supplier management and risk management.
- To conduct on -site management of manpower and floor management.
