Business Development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
• Proven strategic thinking ability, with a track record of making sound project decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners and effectively communicating with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain sharp attention to detail.

Job Description

1. Serve as the overall IT Program Manager for the program, overseeing all aspects of IT project management.
2. Act as the IT Delivery leader for the program, collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to implement the target architecture.
3. Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, ensuring effective delivery coordination and governance throughout the program.
4. Coordinate with other IT teams, as well as front office, operations, and finance stakeholders, to facilitate onboarding, capacity planning, and ensure successful project deliveries.
5. Lead test management activities for the end-to-end front to finance chain, ensuring comprehensive testing processes are in place.

Specific Qualifications (required):

1. Strong functional Project Management experience within Global Markets, with exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation being a key criterion.
2. Proven track record of managing large transversal IT programs, including experience with referential data, trade booking, settlement, reporting (including regulatory reporting), accounting, and group reporting chains.

Responsibilities
