We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Director to lead our Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) team. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and development of innovative construction methods, materials, and technologies across our projects. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of MMC strategies, improving project efficiency, sustainability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MMC strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead and manage a team of MMC specialists and engineers
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement MMC opportunities
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments of MMC proposals and designs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and advancements in MMC
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for MMC projects
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, talks, networking sessions with clients, designers, suppliers and collaborators.
• Undertake QA/QC and design reviews on all major projects of the company/Group
• Undertake the front-end structural design of major projects secured by the company/Group

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Holds Chartership status
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in design of MMC systems, including DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly), prefabrication, modular volumetric systems and innovative materials
• Proven experience in research work related to DfMA and design of modular systems
• Being recognized as a thought leader in the field of MMC, with a track record of speaking at international conferences and industry events
• Experienced in Structural Design and Seismic Design
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation

Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• To generate exciting ideas to fulfil clients’ briefs and to engage in executing layout designs for art work and copy
• Independently oversee a project cycle; from conceptual to production
• Meets art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
• Produces illustrative material by assigning layout design concept to artists and photographers; directing development of design concepts into art layouts
• Prepares layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts
• Have a positive attitude towards collaborating with team members and other stakeholders to participate in pitches
• Competent in bringing the ideas to life visually
• Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns

Requirements

Job Description

The art director supervises the creative processes of design projects across all channels, consumer touch points and ensure they are in line with clients’ brand architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities 1 – Art Direction

Brainstorm and conceptualise ideas with the creative team to solve clients’ business problems

Understand the marketing objectives and communicate the intended message through art direction

Create key visuals through digital manipulation of original photographs or stock images

Experience in websites, landing pages, digital banners, and social media, eDM, KV, and digital know-how for event and conference

Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding and user experience across multiple touchpoints

Work with front end developers in ensuring web and mobile sites are executed as planned

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

Campaign-level thinking, and is attentive to the minute details of each artwork at the same time

Outstanding in art direction and design

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Google Slides. Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or Cinema4D is an advantage

Highly responsible and able to work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or its equivalent

At least 3-5 years of experience in the creative industry
