5. Membuat laporan ketidaksesuaian kepada warehouse supervisor untuk di tindaklanjuti kepada pihak terkait jika ada masalah dalam pekerjaan ini
6. Menentukan / memastikan barang yang disimpan oleh storekeeper sesuai dengan standard dan spesifikasi barang itu disimpan
7. Membuat indentitas semua barang yang disimpan di semua lokasi dan memastikan stock card di isi dengan benar oleh store keeper
8. Melakukan daily cycle count bersama team outsource
9. Melakukan internal stock take setiap sebualan sekali bersama warehouse supervisor dan eksternal stock take bersama Accounting HO
10. Mengawasi pekerjaan proses filing parfum agar mencapai jumlah output yang diinginkan
11. Membuat laporan harian inbound / outbound
12. Monitoring, inventory asset serta membuat order kebutuhan stasionary, safety dan barang consumable untuk gudang

Handle Customer Service Activities

• Planning and contacting customer for daily service schedule:
• Manage service plan and documentation support:

• Checking planning activities weekly to ensure the manpower, time effectiveness, travelling including minimum overtime before service schedule is confirmed.
• Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basic and when required.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Senior Finance Reporting Executive to join our team. Your role would be reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

I. RESPONSIBILITIES / PURPOSES OF THE JOB

• To assist in the monitoring of the overall month end closing activities and period closing.  
• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, half year and year end form packs according to the timetables issued by the Group finance on a consistent and accurate basis.
• To assist in project managing the external, internal and other local statutory audits/reporting requirements to ensure compliance with the stipulated timelines and requirements.

 II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• To support the coordination for completion of timely and robust forecasts to facilitate the decision-making process and to ensure that reasons for changes are documented, communicated and fully understood, including implications for the balance sheet and cash flow amongst the finance team (at the minimum). 
• To maintain adequate systems of internal control to ensure completeness and accuracy of the business’s books and records and to safeguard its assets. 
• To ensure that the financial information issued by the business is consistent with the underlying accounting records, adjusted to comply with Group policies and any applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 
• Preparation of manual journal entries at month end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation. 
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and provisional tax and deferred tax computation in accordance with IFRS. 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team.

 III. JOB BOUNDARIES AND DECISION-MAKING 

• As directed by the Financial Controller/Financial Reporting Manager.

- Support the preparation of the budget and forecasts

- Adhere to guidelines/procedures set by Group Financial Accounting

VI. JOB HOLDER’S COMMAND

•  The post holder will be responsible for their supervision, training and development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience (preferably minimum 2 years in audit)
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/MICPA/ASCPA) or equivalent
• Strong IFRS accounting knowledge and experience
• Practical experience in budgeting, accounting and forecasting in a large, devolved organisation, preferably within the MNC environment
• Fluent in the financial management of programs and projects
• Familiarity with:

- Financial appraisal        

- Financial modelling

• Excellent spreadsheet and word skills (Microsoft Office and Google).
• Excellent ability to interpret and report financial information.
• Excellent ability to learn and use new financial accounting systems
