The Recruitment Supervisor will lead recruitment strategies and daily operations to enhance talent acquisition processes and meet business-aligned hiring objectives. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience while driving recruitment process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven experience managing high-volume, diverse hiring needs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
- Can start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the Recruitment Assistants, cultivating a high-performance culture and providing guidance to ensure quality and efficiency in recruitment tasks.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Regularly assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality, and the candidate experience. Research and introduce innovative sourcing and assessment tools as needed.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, including fill-rate, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire. Provide actionable insights and regular progress reports to support continuous improvement.
- Manage sourcing channels, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with internal policies and comply with employment laws and regulations.
