Decent Work-Life, But Be Ready for Crunch
Pros: They've got a pretty decent hybrid work model for engineers in the Taguig office, which helps with commuting. Most weeks you can stick to standard hours, which is good for personal time. The team is also pretty supportive.
Cons: However, when projects are due, you'll definitely see some extended hours. It can be tough to maintain that work-life balance in the IT services sector during crunch times. There's pressure to deliver fast.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project timelines better to avoid constant overtime, especially for software engineer roles. More resources during peak periods would really help lessen the burden.

Leadership needs to connect more with teams
Pros: I've had solid support from my direct manager in my Project Manager role. They really help you grow your technical skills in IT services. It's a stable company, which is nice in this corporate environment.
Cons: Upper management often feels disconnected from daily project work. It's tough when decisions come top-down without much input from the ground. Communication between different departments, especially for our hybrid teams, isn't always smooth.
Advice to Management: Really try to get more feedback from Project Managers and team leads. Improve how different departments talk to each other, especially for the hybrid setup. It'll help everyone feel more engaged in this technology firm.

IT Support Specialist

Decent start in IT, slow career growth.
Pros: It's a pretty good spot to get your feet wet in the IT services industry, especially for entry-level tech roles. You'll definitely learn the ropes of corporate systems. The initial training is solid for new IT Support Specialists.
Cons: Career growth here is definitely tough; promotions just don't happen often. It feels like you hit a ceiling super quick, especially in the Taguig City office. There aren't many clear paths to move up or develop into more senior positions.
Advice to Management: Create more defined career progression plans for your employees. Invest in upskilling to help people move into higher-level tech roles, not just stay at one level.
