Leadership needs to connect more with teams
Working here has its ups and downs, especially with leadership. There's good potential but also areas that really need improvement.
I've had solid support from my direct manager in my Project Manager role. They really help you grow your technical skills in IT services. It's a stable company, which is nice in this corporate environment.
Upper management often feels disconnected from daily project work. It's tough when decisions come top-down without much input from the ground. Communication between different departments, especially for our hybrid teams, isn't always smooth.
Really try to get more feedback from Project Managers and team leads. Improve how different departments talk to each other, especially for the hybrid setup. It'll help everyone feel more engaged in this technology firm.
