Pros: My immediate team was awesome. I got solid support from my direct manager as a Solutions Consultant. Working on professional services automation projects was pretty engaging.
Cons: Upper leadership really struggles with a clear vision. There's often conflicting direction, which makes our project management software implementations tougher. Communication from the top down is really inconsistent, it's hard to know what's coming.
Advice to Management: Please get on the same page. A unified vision for our professional services automation products would help everyone. More transparency from the executive team would be great too.
