The Deputy DIPC, working within the wider Corporate Team, will have significant Trust wide responsibility and will be accountable for the strategic, operational and budgetary management of the Infection Prevention (Corporate) Team. The post holder is the lead nursing/midwifery advisor on infection prevention across the Trust. The post holder will undertake a full portfolio of director responsibilities as agreed and delegated by the Executive Director (Chief Nursing Officer/ DIPC) and will be responsible and accountable for providing comprehensive and strong professional leadership, guidance advice, support and direction in relation to infection, prevention and control to the Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. The post holder will have significant Trust wide responsibility with respect to developing, leading and directing the Trusts programme to reduce healthcare-associated infections as established in national trajectories and locally as established in the Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS). The strong leadership, support and the development of the Infection Prevention Control Team in association with the Lead Infection Prevention Control Microbiologist/Infection Control clinicians is a central core function of this role as the DDIPC. The post holder will lead (on behalf of the DIPC/ CNO) effective health economy working and the joint interface with primary care and the public health agenda, driving improvement for joint improvement trajectories and monitoring the commissioning targets for Trust reports. The DDIPC will support and drive nursing research opportunities and oversee the delivery of a robust IPC education programme for all Trust staff both clinical and non-clinical. Prepare information for regulatory visits such as Care Quality Commission. Work with colleagues to meet the needs of regulatory requirements. Work with other leads/managers of the service, to ensure aims and objectives are collectively delivered in a joined-up manner. Expertly handle timely, accurate and smooth functioning of relevant service level meetings. This includes organising, minute-taking, monitoring, and other related corporate activities required to meet the needs of the department and those involved. Main Responsibilities

Working in our Credit Control team, your key responsibilities will be to;

• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Deliver credit control of debt balances, for all types of cruise income, and maintaining notes on the internal reservation system.

The role: Business Development Executive
Location: Manchester, Hybrid - 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Package: competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards


Job purpose:
You will join QA as a Sales Executive; your focus will be to further grow your account base by prospecting for new business using sales techniques provided and gained from our in-house sales academy and on the job coaching.

About you:
If you have experience working in B2B sales ideally in a consultative sales function, enjoy building new relationships, providing solutions, and working to tight deadlines then this could be the role for you.


A 'day in the life' of a Business Development Executive
Prospect new business and nurture your existing client base to maximise high value and long-term opportunities
Grow your existing customers through uncovering revenue opportunities by exploring client needs
Facilitate client meetings and deliver presentations on QA's offerings in line with the customers' requirements/needs
Develop, and manage stakeholder relationships
Review all sales management information to strategically prioritise your sales pipeline to meet/exceed your sales targets
Generate revenue and margin to meet individual and team targets

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that high standards are met across the organisation and that the company is adhering to CQC regulations, other legislative and statutory requirements, and internal standards, through robust quality auditing and reporting on all quality assurance information gathered; communicating key messages and presenting data to different audiences, making recommendations about improvements, and supporting individuals, teams and the company to achieve better quality outcomes.
We are looking for a dynamic and independent professional with solid quality, audit and compliance experience and a flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Support Managers and staff to understand performance and implement changes to policy and practices.
2. To develop and support systems to understand performance within care and support.
3. To support staff to utilise the systems so they are able to understand how they are performing and demonstrate how they are the best at getting better across care and support.
4. Signpost staff to guidance and advice on policies and CQC standards.
5. Ensure the most up to date policy and associated documents are accessible and used appropriately in practice.
6. Promote and share best practice across care and support.
7. Undertake and support quality development workshops as required.
8. Ensure full standardisation across all services where appropriate.
9. Co-ordinate an annual audit and quality assurance visit schedule in collaboration with Service Managers.
11. Undertake pre-audit research and collate data to prepare for audits and identify areas of interest.
12. Undertake Quality and Compliance Audits in line with regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
13. Record, analyse and report findings from audits and quality reviews.
