Job Summary:
The General Manager at Caerus Holding Group (F&B) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring the
strategic goals of the company are met, and driving business growth. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of
the various entities, including financial performance, staff management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health
and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
● Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and
objectives.
● Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
and innovation.
● Set performance targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
2. Financial Management
● Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the various entities.
● Ensure profitability through cost control, revenue enhancement, and financial
analysis.
● Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
3. Operational Management
● Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the different entities
● Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
● Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership and Development
● Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance team environment.
● Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
● Promote a positive work culture and ensure employee engagement and retention.
5. Customer Experience
● Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
● Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
● Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Marketing and Sales
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional
campaigns.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

7. Compliance and Safety
● Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
● Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections and audits.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legal requirements.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the various entities.
● Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into operations.

Job Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
● Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
● Strong leadership, financial acumen, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and
problem-solving skills.
● In-depth understanding of F&B operations, market dynamics, and customer service
principles.
● High level of integrity, customer-focused, results-driven, and the ability to work under
pressure.
