What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Drive the financial planning of Australian companies by analyzing the performance and risks of the assets
• Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (Accounting, FP&A, AR, AP)
• Working closely with the Managing Directors to understand their business and needs
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

About You:

• A qualified Financial Accountant with at least a bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar is essential
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3+ years in team management, is essential
• Ability to manage risks by ensuring that effective and efficient internal controls are in place without compromising operational efficiency and flexibility
• Extensive knowledge and skill in multiple disciplines to be able to integrate them effectively and a capacity to understand and interpret conflicting goals and needs of diverse groups

Konica Minolta Australia is transforming to provide a holistic range of IT services and we are currently seeking a motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team to lead Software Solutions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is key to expanding the current portfolio through innovation and services that leverage the technology of tomorrow, to support customers on their digital journeys today.

Key responsibilities include developing effective go to market strategies and plans for the existing portfolio, as well as researching, planning and introducing CX-led solutions that help Australian organisations keep pace with the needs of the future workplace. We are seeking an experienced product marketer who enjoys working cross functionally, thrives in fast paced environments and is accustomed to being the voice of the customer.

• Partner with software service leaders to identify and understand customer concerns, surface features and solutions within existing and new services to solve customer pain points.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and build Go to Market (GTM) strategies for the software solutions portfolio.
• Own positioning, compelling value propositions, pricing strategy and messaging for software services.
• Be the subject matter expert for the software solutions portfolio’s products and services.
• Establish and manage senior stakeholder relationships internally, as well as external vendor partnerships.
• Partner with marketing colleagues to generate marketing materials and campaigns for the software solutions portfolio.
• Monitor and analyse product marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Who are we looking for?

• Tertiary Qualification in Marketing (preferable).
• Experience in Sales & Marketing within the SAAS industry.
• Project management and cross functional planning capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in driving transformative strategies within product marketing, fostering innovation and leading teams through change for continuous improvement.
• Superior attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Pricing experience in software products preferably within the scope of the role.
• Understanding of Australian ECM and MCS markets.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Vendor management experience.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive, independent, enthusiastic team member who’s interested in being part of a larger group delivering a high quality and complex service to our customers. You’ll bring expertise developed over 3+ years in a Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or Licensing Sales, as you will be supporting the delivery of the Software Asset Management (SAM) service for a large Federal Government account.

Your ability to work with other members of the client management team to develop and deliver quality solutions for our customer is critical to the success of our service.

As part of the role you will provide quality customer service enhancements in optimising the SAM Service, planning the service implementation, championing the delivery of the service and processes, and verification and continued maintenance of the SAM Service.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will work collaboratively with other Software Asset Management (SAM) team members, Software Licensing Consultants, and Service Delivery Managers. Essentially, the Software Asset Manager will:

• Manage the relationship with key Customer stakeholders and Datacom Managed Services.
• Act as SAM Subject Matter Expert for the account.
• Ensure effective and smooth delivery of our customer’s SAM services.
• Contribute to the achievement of the outcomes of the contract.
• Delivery and support the Business Development Process.
• Ensure that SAM plans, processes and procedures are delivered incorporating good practise methodologies, accurately documented, successfully implemented, appropriately communicated to customer’s stakeholders, and provide continuous SAM Improvement with our services for our customers.
• You are a key contributor to the management of the Software Asset Lifecycle for our customer. This includes identifying the software inventory, capturing license entitlements, performing ongoing software compliance checks, and remediation as appropriate.
• Manage, maintain, and facilitate the renewal of software maintenance by validating the renewal details to ensure the information is correct and valid and also update the Software Asset Register/Technology with the new licensing details.
• Facilitate software procurement for the account including the tasks of retrieving quotes from software vendors or Datacom’s internal procurement team, approval from the business and facilitating the procurement and associated software lifecycle tasks.
• Review current software Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and License Contracts to ensure that the account is not exposed to any breaches or risks.
• Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Asset Management service delivery methodology and processes.
• Experience in using SAM technologies and their capabilities, in particular, Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite and/or Snow License Manager. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the SAM technology and will proactively work with technical teams to ensure the technology is maintained to acceptable standards.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Cherwell or Service Now will be advantageous.
• Interpret data outputs from the SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Be able to follow documented procedures to support the deliver of consistent services.
• Perform license reclamation activity and record cost avoidance.
• Propose remediation and optimisation activities that may result in reduced compliance risk and/or financial savings and cost avoidance.
• Liaise with service management, and customer teams to define, optimise, and develop SAM standards, processes, procedures, plans and controls to ensure appropriate service asset information is recorded and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with a larger SAM team in delivering SAM Services as well as autonomously within your dedicated account.

You must hold Australian Citizenship as a Baseline Security Clearance is required, and it will be advantageous if you already have one.

The Purpose:

The Technology Operations team provides operational support across multiple products, systems and applications in a multi-vendor 24/7 real-time payments processing environment. The team serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external operational and technical teams.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of services across different technology environments. As the Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with our technology partners, internal technical and service management teams, project delivery teams and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of technical service delivery specialists and oversee the team’s day to day operational activities, set priorities and act as an escalation point.
• Provide leadership to the team including training and coaching team members through regular 1:1 discussions.
• Manage the operational relationship with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Directly manage technical deployments or significant technology changes as required.
• Participate in the after hours on-call roster and manage high priority, major technical incidents including communication (internal and external) and drive restoration of services.
• Provide after hours support as required which includes overnight/weekend key processing activities, change and release deployment.
• Manage and resolve complex issues with vendors and technical teams including providing recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Contribute to service governance by participating in IT service management forums e.g. PIR, CAB, problem management, capacity and availability management.
• Identify opportunities to improve the observability of infrastructure and application health and performance.
• Drive continual service improvement through enhancing operational efficiencies and working towards automation.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Service Delivery Manager role or equivalent.
• Experience in leading a team of technical service delivery specialists.
• A solid track record of supporting and overseeing the technical service delivery of IT services in a 24/7 high availability, real-time payments multi-vendor environment.
• Strong technical understanding of payments environment, messaging formats, networking and cloud technologies – Connex switch, AS2805, tokenisation, EMV 3DS, AWS, Akamai, Confluent, Snowflake, Oracle DB.
• Demonstrated ability in guiding technical teams (internal and external) toward investigating and resolving issues in time pressured environments.
• Strong understanding of service level management, vendor management and commercial contract structures.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering service improvement initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage customer expectations and internal stakeholders for positive outcome.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse stakeholder groups (up to C level).
• Ability to work confidently and make decisions in highly responsive and time-pressured environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and adept at impact analysis (technical and business), problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Able to adapt to different working environments (e.g. waterfall, agile) and re-prioritise to support rapid change and shifting demands.
