• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Develop test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure the quality of software products.

• Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.

Job Description:

• To perform Quality Control (QC) functions within the Material Receiving, Label Control, Distribution and Production areas in order to assure material and products are sampled and released in compliance with agreed specifications and timelines.

• To perform the role as document controller in management of GxP documentations and to assist in customer audits.

• To perform Quality Assurance (QA) functions in reviewing GxP documentation in accordance with the principles of GxP and internal SOPs

• Check documentation for completeness and accuracy. Identify any deviations from written procedures

and inform relevant personnel.

• Ensure any customer specific requirements have been carried out by Logistics during booking-in.

• Inspect Clinical Labels prior to issuance to packaging operations, distribution and direct dispatch from ACS.

• Perform verification checks on documentation and clinical material prior to distribution from ACS.

• Perform regular in-process quality checks on products, processes, room layout and safety to ensure compliance with GMP and ACS procedures.

• Review logbooks and perform facility inspections.

• Maintain a secure and accurate document archiving system; control the movement of documentation

including scanning, archiving and retrieving of GxP documents.

• Ensure documentation is handled, stored and easily retrieved in a controlled manner.

• Control the issue of documentation in accordance with internal SOPs.

The role DCAZ/ILC is responsible for supporting all topics related to the Internal Control System (ICS) implementation in DCAZ, especially ensuring the proper conduct of Detective Controls (DCs) in the assigned region.
The Internal Control Officer, reporting directly to the head of DCAZ/ILC, contributes to ensure efficient and compliant processes in DCAZ in line with internal norms, regulations and guidelines. Deviations are efficiently detected and risks are effectively mitigated. The Internal Control Officer takes care of various tasks in the Internal Controls Process, ranging from Detective Controls, supporting Monitoring Procedures and other checking processes, as well as following up on improvement measures and deviation findings.
