Reporting to the Chief Nurse Officer, ourNetwork Director of Nursing & Qualitywill ensure high quality care is delivered within the Network services by providing professional leadership to the Network nursing workforce and supporting the professional leadership of AHPs, Psychologists and Social Workers (SWs). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient care and promote a culture of learning and openness. · The Group Balance Sheet Forecasting team will be responsible for our liquidity, balance sheet and NIM forecasts, with clear business explanations and insight, and enabling optimisation of financial resource allocation across the Group. We are looking for candidates with a background in finance, treasury, risk or related functions with a passion for balance sheet management and solving business problems.

· A leading role within Group Balance Sheet Forecasting team focused on spearheading Group-wide forecasting activities and providing actionable insights to enable optimisation of financial resource allocation across the Group.

Process and Planning

· Support with the creation of various committee packs such as Board Risk Committee (BRC), Group Performance Review (GPR) and other Group Liquidity, Risk and Balance Sheet forums.

Our Ideal Candidate

· 8+ years of experience ideally in Treasury / ALM / Liquidity Projections, Analytics or Risk function.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Finance with an excellent academic record
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong skills in Excel spreadsheet analysis
• Solid work ethics and high levels of motivation
• Ability to multitask
• Team Player
• Hard working and strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the finance department, setting and implementing strategies for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organization's financial health and business objectives.
• Develop and refine internal control systems to enhance transparency and efficiency across financial operations, particularly in securing and managing digital transactions.
• Manage corporate investment strategies and portfolios, focusing on maximizing returns in highly dynamic and technologically advanced markets.
• Direct the accounting and financial processes of the organization, ensuring compliance with evolving financial and regulatory standards pertinent to digital finance.
• Spearhead process improvements in financial operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs, integrating cutting-edge financial technologies.
• Conduct internal audits and due diligence audits, with a keen focus on assessing risks associated with new financial technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance on all company-wide projects, especially those involving innovative financial mechanisms.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in finance, including roles in investment management, accounting management within an ODM company, and leadership in a prestigious audit firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal control design, internal audit, due diligence auditing, and process improvement.
• Professional certifications as an Enterprise Appraiser and Intangible Asset Appraiser.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing large teams and complex financial projects.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
