Hybrid Model is Decent for Supply Chain Roles
Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is decent for a big corporate company in the supply chain industry. As a Logistics Coordinator, I got 2 WFH days per week. It really helps with personal errands and avoiding the commute in Singapore.
Cons: Full remote isn't really an option here, even though some tasks could easily be done from home. The hybrid schedule is pretty set; it's not super flexible if you need to swap WFH days. Some teams definitely have less flexibility than others.
Advice to Management: Consider giving teams more autonomy over their hybrid schedules and explore more full-time remote options for roles where it makes sense.

Work-Life Balance is Decent, But Depends on Your Team
Pros: I appreciated the hybrid model they offered; it helped a lot with personal appointments. As a Marketing Specialist, I generally had decent autonomy to manage my project deadlines. The core working hours for our consumer goods distribution projects were usually manageable.
Cons: There were definite peaks and troughs. During big campaign launches for market expansion services, I often worked extra hours, sometimes on weekends. It felt like some teams had it much tougher, pulling longer days than mine.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize workload expectations across departments, especially for those in market expansion services. Consistent support would help reduce burnout.

Pros: As a Marketing Coordinator, the hybrid work policy is a big plus. We get 2-3 days WFH, which helps a lot with my commute in Bangkok. It's a solid benefit in the consumer goods industry.
Cons: Sometimes, even with hybrid, there's pressure for last-minute office visits. It can disrupt personal plans. The core hours can feel a bit rigid, even working remote.
Advice to Management: Trust teams more with true flexibility; less ad-hoc "come to office" requests.
