Job Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reports in accordance with reporting deadlines
Monitor business performance of the group, partner with commercial management to drive business and financial performance
Manage and provide timely financial analysis with clear insights to support management decision, recommend improvements
Hands on person to prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budget
Oversee day-to-day of finance operations including related entities
Compliance with MFRS accounting standards, company finance manual, internal control
Liaise with tax agents, external auditors and bankers

Job Requirements

Big 4 experience/MNC experience with manufacturing accounting knowledge
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in managerial role
Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense
Driven, sharp, results oriented with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
Business partnering with good communication skills and good team player
Commercially-oriented with high energy, "can-do" attitude and forward looking person
Experience in M&A integration would be a plus
