Pros: You get genuine flexibility here, especially as a Product Manager. We usually get 2-3 WFH days in the Charlotte, NC office, which is great for productivity. It's a huge plus in the consumer goods industry for balancing home life.
Cons: Sometimes the hybrid model isn't consistently applied across all teams. Some managers prefer more in-office time, making the work flexibility uneven. Also, getting approvals for fully remote work outside the hybrid setup can be a real struggle.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid policy across all departments and empower managers to fully support work flexibility. It would really help retain talent in the home appliance industry and improve overall morale.

Pros: For a Marketing Specialist here, you do get decent hybrid work options, which helps a lot. It's nice to have some flexibility, especially since the Charlotte office is a bit of a drive.
Cons: There are definitely times, especially leading up to big product launches in the consumer appliance industry, where you're putting in longer hours. It's a pretty big corporate environment, so projects can sometimes drag and then rush at the end.
Advice to Management: Try to plan projects better to avoid those last-minute rushes, especially for the marketing and product development teams.

Pros: The hybrid model is a decent start for the Charlotte office. For Supply Chain Analyst roles, you can usually do 2-3 days WFH if your team allows. It's better than being fully onsite, which is common in corporate manufacturing.
Cons: True work flexibility varies a lot by manager, which is frustrating. It's more of a strict hybrid than real flexible work. Some teams in the manufacturing industry have pretty tough onsite requirements.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work flexibility policy across departments. Trust employees more to get their work done remotely, especially for roles like Supply Chain Analyst that don't always require physical presence.
