Okay for Recruiters, but Job Security Varies
Pros: As a Recruiter here, I've had good training and generally stable client accounts, which helps when the market is slow. The hybrid work setup in our Dallas, TX office is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Job security can feel a bit shaky if placement numbers dip for Recruiter roles. It's an industry thing, but sometimes you feel the pressure directly. Commission structure isn't always clear, which makes planning tough.
Advice to Management: Try to make the commission structure more transparent and consider stronger retention strategies for good performing recruiters, especially during slower periods in the talent acquisition industry.

Solid remote gig, but can get intense
Pros: I really appreciate the remote work flexibility. As a Technical Recruiter, not having a commute is huge, and I can manage my schedule pretty well. There's unlimited PTO, which is nice.
Cons: Work-life balance can definitely get tricky, especially when we're hitting a big hiring push. You'll have some late-night calls with West Coast candidates even if you're on EST. It's not always a 40-hour week.
Advice to Management: Try to better distribute workloads during peak hiring seasons. Maybe implement some stricter guidelines for candidate calls outside of core hours to protect remote employees' time.
