Company Overview:
Our Client is the professional AI platform built specifically for construction and backed by leading Silicon Valley venture capitalists.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the data strategy behind our AI-powered platform. This role is ideal for a
product thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed trade-offs, and driving decisions that improve product outcomes.
Rather than focusing solely on execution, we are looking for someone who naturally asks:
- What problem are we trying to solve?
- Is this a problem worth solving?
- What should we build?
- Why should we build it?
- Do we need to build anything at all?
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data priorities, evaluate opportunities, and ensure the right data is available to improve AI model performance and product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive data product strategy to support AI and product initiatives.
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate data opportunities that can improve model performance and user outcomes.
- Determine what data is required, where it should come from, and how it should be collected, structured, and utilized.
- Work closely with engineering, data, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Make product decisions based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and data insights.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on expected outcomes and strategic objectives.
- Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
- Measure the impact of product and data initiatives and continuously refine priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3 to 8 years experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong product thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, evaluate alternatives, and drive product direction.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, analytics, or AI-related functions.
- Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions and prioritization choices.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where requirements and solutions are not always clearly defined.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, machine learning systems, or data-intensive platforms.
- Understanding of how data impacts product performance and AI outcomes.
- You can communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with our US-based team.
- You are comfortable working Indonesia hours with consistent async overlap with US Pacific Time.
