Leadership needs more focus on people
Pros: The project work is genuinely interesting; I got to dive deep into different industries. As a Business Analyst, you learn fast and build a strong skillset here. There's a decent team spirit among peers, which helps a lot.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty hands-off and sometimes unrealistic with deadlines. There isn't much clear direction for career growth from senior management. It's tough to feel heard when you're just starting out in management consulting.
Advice to Management: Management in the Jakarta office should try to be more present and provide clearer guidance to junior staff. We need more mentorship opportunities and realistic project timelines. Understanding day-to-day challenges would help.

Okay Pay for Junior IT Consulting in Jakarta
Pros: For a Junior IT Consultant, the base salary is pretty decent, especially for entry-level roles in the IT consulting industry. They also provide solid health insurance benefits, which is a big plus.
Cons: The bonus system isn't very clear, so it's hard to know what to expect. Raises can be slow for us in the Jakarta office, even with good performance on client projects.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about the bonus structure and create clearer salary progression paths for consultants. This would really help with retention in the IT consulting field.
