Pros: You can usually work from home a couple days a week if your project allows. For junior consultant roles, there's decent support for hybrid work arrangements once you've proven yourself. It's not a super rigid corporate setup in the Jakarta office.
Cons: Sometimes projects demand you be onsite with clients, which really cuts into any remote flexibility. Deadlines in this consulting industry can be super tight, making flexible hours tough to actually use. It's not as flexible as a pure tech startup.
