Job Description
Our client, an enterprise-level leader, is looking for a
IT Business Analyst to work on their
Large scale AI Digital Project, including but not limited to chatbot and AI tech. The current project phase focuses on optimization and enhancement by
adding new features and AI innovation, with key priorities including strengthening compliance with regulatory standards, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging AI and to automate processes and enhance service delivery.
The project operates in a highly complex organizational environment requiring close coordination across multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery. This BA will gather users requirements, handles documentation drafting and pass to IT developers and vendors, executes UAT, and
coordinates between different stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 4+ years IT BA experience
- Background in large and complex enterprise environments is highly preferred
- Ability to handle a large volume of stakeholders and can-do attitude
- Solid skillsets in gathering requirements, documentation and stakeholder managements
- Good communication skills in both Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience working on Big Data, data platforms, or AI-related projects
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and document business requirements in specifications and pass to tech team
- Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
- Execute UAT to support project roll-out
- Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
- Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developers
