Job Description
As a Digital Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation projects, from initiation through implementation and rollout
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, roadmap, and success metrics for AI initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data, product, risk, compliance, and external vendors
- Manage project governance, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, actionable plans for business stakeholders
- Drive Agile delivery, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Provide clear status reporting to senior management and steering committees
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Digital Project Manager Should Have
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital or technology transformation projects
- Proven experience managing AI, data, automation, or advanced analytics projects is strongly preferred
- Background in management consulting or large system integrators is highly desirable
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services environments is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and traditional delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Immediate availability preferred
