Our team is dynamic, energetic, and comprised of over 100 professionals. We are looking for a committed Project Manager to join our dedicated Core System team and play a pivotal role in this journey.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your module, from gathering requirements to ensuring successful implementation. You will act as a key bridge between business users, stakeholders, and the technical teams to ensure the on-time delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end project management: manage timeline, budget, scope, vendor, and different stakeholders.
- Manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, demonstrating maturity to handle challenging situations and cross-team conflicts effectively.
- Work collaboratively within a structured team environment, which includes System Analysts, local and mainland developers, and BAs.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years of total experience, with exposure in project management.
- Strong management skills in timeline, scope, budget and ensure the on-time delivery of tasks.
- End-to-end and hands-on experience in large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
