Ninety Nine Realty is a registered estate agency company newly incorporated with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agent Malaysia. The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia was set up in 1981 under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. The setup and operation of this Board are governed by the provision of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents Act 1981. Its primary function is to regulate the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents practicing in Malaysia. Ninety Nine Realty is providing comprehensive real estate practices in purchasing and selling of all sort of properties i.e.residential, commercial, industrial, and land. This is depending on the client's portfolio needs. We do letting of the above mention properties as well. Our objective is to give the best services to our customers. Thus, we constantly improve and upgrade our personnel in the relevant aspects i.e. property law and regulations, technology, marketing technique and etc. Constant on-going training can be expected within the company personnel.
