To foster critical thinking, advance student’s knowledge and skills through the teaching of The Lab curriculum. The incumbent is expected to provide an intellectual foundation for students concerning coding/programming. The courses serve students and provide enrichment experiences.

1. Strategic Leadership

• Vision & Planning: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school that aligns with our mission to provide exceptional enrichment education.
• Program Development: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of our curriculum and enrichment programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs and interests of our students.
• Community Building: Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a love for learning.

2. Operational Management

• School Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Staff Supervision: Lead a team of educators and administrative staff, providing mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain systems for tracking and evaluating program effectiveness, student progress, and overall school performance.

3. Academic Excellence

• Student Support: Develop and implement strategies for supporting student engagement, achievement, and well-being, including extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

5. Policy & Compliance

• Policy Development: Develop and implement school policies and procedures that ensure a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation standards, and school policies, including health and safety requirements.
• Crisis Management: Lead the school’s response to emergencies or crises, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

6. Financial Stewardship

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the school’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient use of resources.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the school board or governing body as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Leadership: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field, with a proven track record in school leadership or administration.
• Experience: Significant experience in educational leadership, ideally within an enrichment or specialized education setting.
