Pros: The best part is the work flexibility. Being able to work remotely as an IT Recruiter is a huge plus. Modis does a good job of finding interesting contract and permanent roles in the tech sector for candidates. It's a stable environment within the IT staffing industry.
Cons: Sometimes, communication with upper leadership can be a bit slow, leading to minor delays in decision-making or feedback. The career growth path isn't always clearly defined, which can make it tricky to plan long-term advancement. Pay could be more competitive in this competitive tech market.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured career development plans and ensuring faster feedback loops from leadership to keep consultants and recruiters engaged and informed.

Pros: Modis provided a good platform for gaining experience across various client projects in the IT consulting space. The recruiters were generally supportive, and I appreciated the ability to work remotely on many assignments. They connect you with interesting roles, and the team I worked with in Michigan was professional.
Cons: Sometimes project assignments could feel a bit inconsistent in terms of scope or duration, leading to minor gaps. Communication between account managers and consultants could occasionally be a bit slow, impacting project transitions. Pay was standard for the industry, not outstanding.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing internal communication channels to ensure smoother project handoffs and better support for remote consultants. Streamlining onboarding for new project assignments would also be beneficial.

Pros: As a Technical Recruiter, the hybrid model was decent. I got to work from home a couple of days a week which helped avoid the Orlando traffic. They're okay with some flexibility on hours if you hit your targets.
Cons: The flexibility for staffing agency roles isn't always great, especially when client needs change suddenly. It's tough to consistently WFH when there are big deadlines. Management expects you in the office for certain meetings, even if your week is mostly remote.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer expectations around hybrid work policies, especially for client-facing roles. More autonomy for experienced recruiters would be good.
