1. Job Functions:
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving donor engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Manage daily social media posts across all social media platforms.
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta Business Suite, Asana, Trello to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence, marketing management and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos to create visually appealing digital media content.
- Editing photos and videos to align with the company’s brand and marketing strategies.
- Create graphics and visuals for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement design concepts for various digital media projects, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that incorporate multimedia elements, such as photo shoots and video productions.
- Utilize design software and tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc to create engaging multimedia content.
- Staying current with digital media trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Arts, Communications & Public Relations
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation
- Conscientious and meticulous with organisational skills.
- Familiar with corporate communication functions
