Pros: As a Financial Advisor here, I appreciate the freedom to manage my own client meetings. If you hit your targets, you can largely set your own schedule, which is good for personal appointments.
Cons: The 'flexibility' often means you're always on call for clients. There's an expectation to be in the Singapore office frequently, so a true WFH setup isn't really an option. It's more about flexible hours than a hybrid model.
Advice to Management: Try to define 'flexibility' better. Support true remote work options for administrative tasks, even for Financial Advisor roles, to improve work-life balance for the team.
