Cons: The benefits, though? Not great at all. Health insurance options were pricey, and there's no 401k match, which is a huge miss. Raises and bonuses weren't really a thing either for engineering roles.
Advice to Management: Seriously, invest in better employee benefits like a proper 401k match and more affordable health plans. It's tough to attract and keep top talent without them, especially for remote software engineers.
