For over 20 years, PebbleRoad has redesigned the workflows that run finance, government, healthcare, education, and energy organisations — long before "AI services" was a category. Today, we orchestrate those workflows end-to-end on production-grade engines, with AI at the decision points and DocuPrism, our own document-intelligence engine, where the work gets buried in paperwork. Clients walk away with faster operations, defensible audit trails, and a team that knows how to keep the system running.

Pros: The team culture is really collaborative; everyone helps out. You get to work on interesting digital product projects. They do offer good healthcare benefits.
Cons: Job security for individual contributors, especially in design, felt inconsistent. Project-based work means things can dry up quickly. We saw a few rounds of layoffs in my time here, which was tough for everyone in the Austin, TX office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent about the project pipeline and long-term strategy for core teams. Better communication around job stability could really help morale.
