Transformar sonhos em joias. Foi com essa missão que a Vivara nasceu. Em 1962, uma loja familiar no centro de São Paulo abria suas portas, com o compromisso de oferecer peças criadas com o mesmo cuidado com que os antigos ourives faziam joias exclusivas e eternas.

Desde então, suas preciosas criações conquistaram cada vez mais espaço. Hoje, a Vivara é a maior rede varejista de joalherias do Brasil, com mais de 110 lojas nas principais cidades do país.

É em uma fábrica de 2000 m2 com 80 profissionais especializados que as peças são desenhadas e executadas com o máximo de tecnologia e carinho. Prova disso é certificação ISO 9001 concedida à fabrica por seu alto padrão de qualidade.

Cons: Higher-level corporate leadership feels really disconnected from our day-to-day as onsite sales associates. Decisions often come down without much explanation or input, which can be frustrating in the São Paulo stores. It definitely impacts team morale.
Advice to Management: Corporate leadership needs to engage more with the teams on the ground in the local branches. Listen to the sales associates; we know what customers want and what works best in our specific market.

Okay Work-Life, Tough During Holiday Sales
Pros: As a Sales Associate, my schedule was usually pretty set. I appreciated not having wild shifts all the time. Being an onsite employee in the São Paulo stores meant a clear end to the workday, which is good.
Cons: The work-life balance here gets tricky around major holidays. Expect mandatory extra hours and weekend shifts during peak jewelry retail season. It's really hard to plan personal stuff then.
