Pay is Okay, Benefits are Decent
Pros: The pay for a Recruitment Consultant here isn't bad for an RPO company, especially considering it's a corporate gig. You get decent health benefits, which is a definite plus. It's a stable job.
Cons: Compensation for talent acquisition roles feels a bit low compared to agency work. There isn't much room for salary negotiation for remote positions like mine. Raises don't always keep up with inflation.
Advice to Management: Review compensation bands for talent acquisition specialists to be more competitive in the market. Make sure annual raises actually reflect market changes and inflation.

Decent Spot for Recruiters, Growth Needs Effort
Pros: I liked the remote work flexibility; it's great for work-life balance as a recruitment consultant. The RPO industry experience you get is pretty broad, touching different clients and sectors.
Cons: Career growth felt pretty slow for me. There aren't many clear paths for promotion, and moving up from a standard recruiter role takes a lot of self-advocacy. You really have to fight for new opportunities.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression frameworks for recruitment consultant roles. Invest in internal development programs and mentorship to help employees see a future here.
