Cons: There are definitely crunch times, especially around product releases. Sometimes it felt like my team was understaffed, leading to longer days. It's not always consistent, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Focus on better resource planning to avoid crunch periods for engineering teams. Consistent staffing would help with burnout.
