Pros: If you're new to the food processing industry, it's a solid place to learn the ropes as a Quality Assurance Analyst. The training for core tasks is decent, and you get a good grasp of production standards. It's a big, corporate company, so job security feels pretty stable.
Cons: Real career growth is tough once you're past entry-level. Promotional paths aren't very clear, and it feels like you really have to push hard for any upward movement. There just aren't many senior roles opening up in the Omaha, NE plant, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Management should really outline clearer promotional paths and invest more in professional development for mid-level employees. It would help retain good people in the onsite roles.

Pros: Some direct managers are really supportive and try their best. They do advocate for their teams, especially in the São Paulo office. As part of a big player in the food production industry, there's a certain level of job security.
Cons: Higher leadership can be pretty out of touch with daily operations. Decisions often feel super top-down without much input from people doing the actual work. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, I often felt a lack of clear strategic direction.
Advice to Management: Encourage more open communication from the top down. Empower mid-level managers to have a real voice in strategy; they see the ground-level impact.
