Pros: The team here is really supportive, which helps a lot. For a mid-sized firm, the company culture feels pretty open. I also like that there's good access to leadership.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Recruitment Consultant is definitely a challenge, especially in the New York office. Expect long hours, sometimes over 50-60 a week, to hit your targets. It's hard to really disconnect.
Advice to Management: Look into ways to better manage consultant workloads. Maybe staffing more support or re-evaluating target metrics could help with burnout.

Pros: Job security at this consulting firm is pretty solid, especially if you're good at client retention. As a Client Relations Manager, I felt stable and didn't worry about layoffs much. We had consistent work and a decent book of business.
Cons: Career growth can feel slow though, and moving up within this mid-sized firm isn't always clear. Sometimes project work gets repetitive. The hybrid setup in the Dallas office means less direct mentorship for new folks too.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer pathways for internal promotion and make sure hybrid employees feel connected to leadership and mentorship opportunities.

Pros: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I've found the base salary for recruitment industry roles here is pretty competitive. They do pay on time, which is a plus, and the annual bonus can be decent if you hit your targets.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, especially the health insurance options – they're pretty bare bones. Compared to other big corporate companies, there aren't many extra perks or really good retirement plans.
Advice to Management: Seriously look into upgrading the benefits package, especially healthcare. Better benefits would really help with retention and attracting top talent.
