Pros: As a Marketing Specialist, I've had decent hybrid work options, usually two days in the Chicago office. It's good for running errands or avoiding the commute a few days a week.
Cons: The work flexibility isn't consistent across the board. Some departments have much less remote work potential, and it's not truly WFH for all roles. It can feel a bit unfair.
Advice to Management: Standardize work-from-home policies so flexibility is consistent across all teams and roles. Make it clearer what's expected.
