Pros: I've enjoyed my coworkers a lot, they're super collaborative. The teams are tight-knit, which is nice for a mid-sized tech company. We often have fun team lunches in the Seattle office.
Cons: Honestly, the culture sometimes feels really top-down. Leadership doesn't always recognize individual contributions, especially for us Software Engineers. It can get cliquey, and sometimes the hybrid work model makes it hard to feel connected.
Advice to Management: Management should work on fostering a more inclusive and appreciative culture. Give engineers more autonomy and recognize their hard work. It would help a lot with overall morale.
