Pros: The base salary for a Recruiting Coordinator in the staffing industry was actually pretty decent, which was a nice surprise. If you're good, the commission plan can add a fair bit to your overall pay. It's a solid mid-sized corporate environment.
Cons: The benefits package, particularly health insurance, felt a bit weak compared to competitors. The 401k match takes a while to vest, which isn't great for long-term planning. For the workload in the Chicago, IL office, I wish the pay was a bit more competitive overall.
