Pros: The team environment for content creation is pretty solid. You get to work on diverse media production projects for public education, which is interesting. My immediate supervisor was supportive and helped with skill development, which is a big plus for creative roles.
Cons: Upper leadership can be out of touch with ground operations. Decisions sometimes feel top-down without much input from the actual content producers. There's a bit of bureaucracy that slows down projects in this corporate setting.
