Pros: The 401k match is a solid perk, which is good. They offer standard health insurance too, which is what you'd expect from an engineering consulting firm.
Cons: Salaries for a Mechanical Design Engineer here aren't competitive with big tech or even other firms in the Vancouver, WA area. Raises are usually pretty small, and the health insurance deductibles are kinda high.
Advice to Management: You really need to re-evaluate compensation across the board, especially for engineers. More competitive salaries and better health plan options would boost morale and retention a lot.
