Pros: The company has a clear hybrid model, which is nice for planning. You know your WFH days ahead of time, usually 2 days a week for most roles. This helps a bit as a Digital Marketing Specialist when you need focus time on campaigns.
Cons: True flexibility isn't really there beyond the set hybrid schedule. It's tough if you need to be fully remote for a bit, they're pretty strict about the 3 days in the Singapore office. For some agency roles, like those constantly on client calls, it can feel unnecessary to commute.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexibility, especially for roles that don't need constant onsite collaboration. A bit more trust in remote work could boost morale.
