Decent stability but some shifts happen
Pros: As a Data Analyst, the core work in digital transformation projects feels pretty solid. There's a good pipeline of projects, especially in the Singapore office, which helps with overall stability in the tech consulting space.
Cons: Sometimes there are reorgs that can feel a bit unsettling, even if no one really gets laid off. It's a big corporate environment, so sometimes project priorities can shift without much warning, making you wonder what's next for your role.
Advice to Management: Improve communication during reorgs and clarify future project directions for employees. More transparency around long-term plans would really help with job security perceptions.

Job Security Is Okay, Depends on Projects
Pros: Temus is a solid big tech firm with decent government backing in Singapore. When I'm on a long-term digital transformation project, I don't really worry about my role as a Tech Consultant.
Cons: If a project wraps up, there isn't always another client engagement lined up right away. This can make job security a bit shaky, especially for junior tech consultants if the pipeline slows down.
Advice to Management: Management should work on securing a more consistent pipeline of client projects. This would really help with employee morale and reduce anxiety about future roles, especially for tech consultants.

Temus: Decent Team, But Expect to Work Hard
Pros: I've found some decent flexibility with the hybrid model if your project allows it, which is good. The teams are usually pretty supportive, so there's always someone to help when you're swamped.
Cons: Honestly, work-life balance here is tough for a Consultant. You'll often put in more than 50 hours a week, and weekend work isn't unheard of during critical project phases in the Singapore office. It's a high-pressure environment, typical for a tech consulting firm focused on digital transformation projects.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scopes better so consultants aren't constantly overwhelmed. Encourage team leads to enforce boundaries to protect employee well-being, especially for those in digital transformation roles.
