Pay's okay, but don't expect big bonuses
Pros: The base salary for a Real Estate Analyst is decent enough to start, and you get pretty standard health benefits. Being part of a large firm like Savills means you've got some stability. That's good in the competitive commercial real estate sector.
Cons: I wish the pay kept up better with market rates, especially after a few years in. Bonuses aren't super generous, and it can feel like you're underpaid compared to some other property consulting firms in Singapore.
Advice to Management: Review compensation structure, especially for mid-level roles like Real Estate Analysts. It'd help attract and retain top talent in the Singapore property market.
