Pros: I've learned a lot about the logistics tech industry, especially how freight operations work daily. The team's generally solid and it's nice working remote from home. We get decent exposure to different parts of the business.
Cons: Career growth here is really tough as an Operations Specialist. There aren't clear promotion paths, and feedback on development is minimal. It feels like a small startup where you just do your job, not really advance.
Advice to Management: Create more structured career development programs and provide regular performance reviews. Show your Operations Specialists how they can move up.
